Our Department Chair, Erica Halverson, was named a Woman to Watch in Brava Magazine in 2023. The women they select are community leaders, creative thinkers, people who bring about change and inspire others. Brava highlights her work as Co-director of the UW Community Arts Collaboratory and her podcast, Arts Educators Save the World. She is a strong advocate of Arts Education in schools.
